My current research involves issues in metaphilosophy, with a focus on the epistemological status of intuition. I advocate a moderate position on the use of intuition, according to which appeals to intuition should be restricted in certain circumstances, but not eliminated. I also advocate a heterogeneous view on the nature of intuition.
My other research interests include experimental philosophy, philosophy of mind, and philosophy of psychology. Within those fields moral psychology and folk psychology are a particular interest.
